The Town of Shrewsbury, Vermont, of which Cuttingsville is the principal community and post office, has honored our late beloved classmate, Dr. Martyn, by dedicating its 1947 Town Report to his memory. Probably no man was ever more respected than this physician who served his community unceasingly for 47 years.
A few interesting facts from Mrs. McKenzie's letters to "Ed" Griffith: Alexander Anderson McKenzie D-1932, our classmate's son, is associate editor on Electronics Magazine, published by McGraw-Hill Publishing Company of New York, where he went in 1946 after being with the Mass. Institute of Technology Radiation Laboratory during the War. He has three sons: Alexander A. McKenzie III, born November 17, 1940; Charles G. McKenzie, born December 5, 1943, and Kenneth Thayer McKenzie, born May 15, 1945
The Aborns left St. Petersburg, April 30, and will arrive in Vermont about May 12.
