'92, under the always efficient leadership of Bill Geiger, has again made a remarkable record in the Alumni Fund drive for this year. Although there are two less gifts than last year, owing to the death of two givers, our participation index went to 138 as against 133 for '48, and included gifts from every living graduate and all but one of the non-grads. The total gift was $2,768.80 as against $2,682.00 for last year. The gain was largely due to the increase in the income from the Gould Fund. The percentage of objective was 814% as against 670% for '48, probably tops.
You will be sorry to learn of the death of Mrs. Belknap in Bellows Falls on July 19. She was a consistent reunion attendant as long as Willis lived and has retained a lively interest in '92 ever since. She sent a telegram of greeting to the 55th year reunioners. She played a distinguished part in the community life of Bellows Falls and represented the town of Rockingham in the Vermont Legislature of 1945-
