The annual class dinner at the Algonquin Club, the night before the Harvard game, was a great success. 26 members and four guests enjoyed an excellent dinner arranged for by Ned French. As usual we all received a white carnation from Whit, the class florist. Dave Main presided and called on a number of the fellows for short speeches. Ned French couldn't be persuaded to make a speech but he introduced a brother union delegate, Lawrence Whittemore, president of the New Haven branch of the Boston and Maine, who entertained us royally with his stories. Because of his proficiency in reciting the story of the "Egg and the Knitting Needle" and other qualities the class elected him an honorary member.

The Treasurer reported that 82 members had paid their dues and that the Fiftieth Reunion Fund had passed the $10,000.00 mark.

The president reported that the Executive Committee had held a meeting before the dinner and recommended the appointment of the following members to the 45th Reunion Committee: Chapin, Edgerton, Gordon, McIntyre, Meservey 8c Wallace. This was approved.

The following is the list of the members present: Chapin, Cheney, Clark, Cogswell, Randall Cooke, Cromwell, Denison, Dwyer, Frazier, Ned French, Gage (this was Jesse's first appearance), Hartman, Kelly, Leverone, Dave Main, Milham, Neal, Powers, Rainie, Redman, Russell, Joe Smith, Thrall, Wallace, Warton and Whittemore. Guests—Dr. Hill, Clegg, Bob Russell and Lawrence F. Whittemore.

Received a post-card from Warner White, post-marked St. John's, Newfoundland.

A card from Bill Page states that he is on his way back East. While in California he visited with Ralph Glaze, Tubby Laton, Heyhoe and Arthur Wells. Also had a good visit with Clyde Souter in Reno.

Grace & Con Chellis are at 350 First Street North, St. Petersburg, Fla. for the winter.

Abbie and Cap Pierce were East in October but I missed seeing them. They visited Charlie and Norman Pierce in Washington, D. C. and from there went to Springfield, Mass. and Hanover, N. H.

Joe Nuelle reports that Myrtle is back home after spending eight weeks in the hos- pital.
