As we go to press, the Cleveland alumni are engaged in last-minute preparations for the Glee Club concert and dance to be held Wednesday, April 6, at Hotel Cleveland. Morrie Hartman '29 is chairman of the committee for the affair, and is assisted by GeorgeFisher '30, Howard Schuemann '33, MauriceCogan '28, Ed Sprankle '30, Bob Lindstrom '34, Lou Weitz '35 and Bob Austin '40.

A new directory of Dartmouth alumni in Northeastern Ohio will be issued shortly. Such a directory is badly needed as there has been no new issue since 1939. Bob Williamson is in charge of the work. Clark Sorenson '36 came to the Club's financial rescue by arranging for the use of an experimental printing laboratory at The Harris-Seybold Company.

Eb Cockley '40, Dave Johnson '35 and ScottRogers '40, our Admissions Committee, have been busy interviewing all applicants from this area. They report seeing many outstanding boys whom we must keep away from the claws of less worthy institutions.

Annual election of officers will be held later this month, since the Club's constitution has been amended to provide for election of officers in the spring. To date, President NelsonRanney '30 and members of his administration have managed to avoid the appearance of prospective lame ducks.
