The activities of the Dartmouth Club o£ Cleveland were somewhat curtailed during the summer. Present plans call for an extensive fall and winter schedule. However, two outstanding events were on our schedule during the past several months. Dean Olsen of Tuck School was a speaker at a noon luncheon in the early summer. His appearance brought forth a large number of alumni and his words were well received. On July 15 the annual picnic of the local club was held and, as in the past, Jim Rutherford '24 gave us the use of his estate. The picnic was well attended and proved to be an unusually successful occasion. Ossie Mills '41 was chairman of the picnic committee.

Two members of the club were elected members of the Board of Trustees of University School. They are George S. Case Jr. '29 and Elwood H. Fisher '21. George Case was also elected President of Lamson & Sessions Company.

At a recent election Jack Childs '09 and EbCockley '4O were elected members of the Executive Committee of the club.
