Georgia

A recent survey reveals that the Georgia membership includes 33 members in Atlanta and an additional 32 members in other cities in the state.

The first fall outing is scheduled for Friday evening, September 22, at the home of CharlesJ. Chapman '33, 3392 Mathieson Drive. Plans for barbecue for members, wives, and dates are in the advanced stages.

New members are Carl Bremer '46, CharlesS. Eaton '49, John D. Warden '48 from Atlanta; Eugene S. Taylor '49, Summerville; John H. Adams '38, Griffin; David L. Cotten '49, Athens.

The last Thursday of each month has become a permanent luncheon and meeting date at Davison-Paxon Dining Room. Regular attenders are Charles Alt man '24, Charles Chapman '33, Phil Coykendall '25, Louis Fortuna '38, Dana Gumb '47, Bill Marsh '31, JackO'Brion '32, Ben Read '32, Al Starrett '29, George Hawkins '3l, and A. H. Sturgess 'l7.

C. V. S. Mottla '47 has left the University of Georgia faculty to enter practice of law in Athens.
