DARTMOUTH ALUMNI DINNER, APRIL 12
A new streamlined Alumni Dinner and meeting which will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Commodore on Wednesday evening, April 12, is now in the final stages of preparation, according to Herbert M. Ball '29, Chairman of the Dinner Committee.
Innovations in entertainment, together with important speakers, including President Dickey and one other to be announced later, will mark this annual gathering of Dartmouth men who come to renew old friendships and hear the latest news about the College.
Dinner will be served promptly at 7 P. M. Prior to that, the Club will hold a reception for President Dickey lasting from 5:30 to 6:45. Many classes are planning to have their predinner get-togethers at this time. However, everyone coming to the dinner is invited to participate in the reception.
As usual, seating arrangements for the dinner-mefeting will be by classes. And again this year, a Silver Cup will be awarded to the class with the largest percentage turnout. Last year it was won by the Class of '18 for the third consecutive year. This year, several other classes are plotting to capture the honor.
