FOLLOWING two major alumni speaking engagements in March, President Dickey in early April will make a tour of six Dartmouth alumni clubs in the South. His eight-day trip to Florida, Georgia and Tennessee will mark the President's first extended visit to Dartmouth groups in that section of the country.
On March 7, in company with President Conant of Harvard, he will be guest speaker at the annual dinner of the Dart- mouth Alumni Association of Boston, at the Copley-Plaza. On March 15 he will ad- dress the Westchester County Dartmouth Club.
Four active alumni clubs in Florida will welcome President Dickey as their guest of honor in April, with his first engagement taking him to the Jacksonville Dartmouth Club on April 5 for a 7 o'clock dinner at the Hotel George Washington. The following evening, on April 6, he will speak before the Miami-Palm Beach group at 7:00 P.M. at the Colony Hotel, Delray Beach. A luncheon at the Lakewood Country Club will be given in his honor by the St. Petersburg Dartmouth Club on April 9, and a dinner at 7:00 P.M. at the University Club, Winter Park, on April 10, by the Dartmouth Club of Central Florida.
President Dickey will address the Dartmouth Club of Atlanta at 7:00 P.M. on April 11 at the Atlanta Athletic Club; and the Dartmouth Club of Chattanooga on April 12 at the Chattanooga Country Club.
Football Coach "Tuss" McLaughry will also make an alumni speaking appearance this month, as guest of the Dartmouth Club of Lawrence, Mass., on March 9.
Donald W. Cameron '35, Associate in Placement, is scheduled to be the guest speaker on the following April dates: April 3, Dartmouth Alumni Association of Eastern New York, in Albany; April 4, Dartmouth Club of the Mohawk Valley, Utica, N. Y., at 6:30 P.M., at the Fort Schuyler Club; April 5, Dartmouth Club of Central New York, in Syracuse; April 7, Dartmouth Club of Western New York, in Buffalo; and April 13, Dartmouth Alumni Club of Glens Falls, N.Y.
