Pray Wadham writes that he is the only Dartmouth resident of Adams County, Pa. Andy Perham is his nearest '03 neighbor. He suggests that we start to reminisce a little in this column to help drag out some news. So here goes.
Freshman spring a gang of us were down to the river in swimming when we heard the college bell begin to toll. We hurriedly dressed and rushed up to the Campus. We had won a ball game from Brown. Immediately we started to gather material for a bonfire. You take it from there. There were several amusing and startling incidents connected with the gathering of this material.
Dick Brown and Howard were the only '03ers at the Boston Alumni Dinner. Vic Cutter was missed at the head table absent on account of illness. At that time we made a call on O. W. Smith but found that the Smiths were in Florida.
Ag Smith writes that he is well and hopes to be at the 50th. He expects to be retired from active business next year. He is a member of the grandfathers club having two grandsons four and seven years old, the sons of his daugh- ter who lives only three quarters of a mile away from him. His other daughter is in Rochester, N. Y.
