At a noon luncheon recently at the Omaha Club, Henry Pierpont '33 was elected president of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of the Plains, and "Tinner" Gordon '41 was elected secretary treasurer. The outgoing officers, Hodge Jones '40, president, and GeorgeTobias '42 were given a vote of thanks for a job well done.

The Club is planning a dinner dance at the Omaha Club, Saturday, May 12, with an orchestra and a floor show. All members are invited, and if there are any traveling salesmen in town that night, they are most welcome.

Various parties have been held this year by the '40 or younger group to promote more interest in the College and to help get the wives better acquainted. These have been great successes, and the dinner dance is one direct result of a three o'clock in the morning idea someone had.
