Finally settled, after almost eight weeks, so you can use 105 South Georgia Ave., Martinsburg, W. Va., after this.

But before we get started, and before you read any further in this month's column, sit down at your desk and, if you have not already done so, send your check to the Dartmouth Alumni Fund. It isn't too late yet, but it will be soon.

Lots of news these days from the Squaw-ker. They are regular enough to look forward to. It is easy to see that Al Hall, Squaw-ker editor, is scrambling to turn out such a regularly fine letter with so much solid news.

Still don't have all the Class records unpacked, so if some news items are repeats, just bear with me. The Dartmouth Class of 1947 for the fourth straight year won the trophy donated by Atty. and Mrs. John R. McLane of Manchester for the annual interclass ski race. Lawrence Coachman, Don Page and Bill Hallager posted the three fastest combined times in the Dipper trail run. Also believed to be on hand was Al Hall.

Harry Ditchett was married in an April wedding in St. Bernard, O., to Mrs. Imogene Londeman Wakefield. One of the ushers was Garvin Bawdin Jr. The couple planned a wedding trip to St. Simons Island, Ga.

Married March 22 in New York City were the former Miss Emma Jane Weil and William Carroll. Mrs. Carroll is an alumna of Louisiana State University and has her master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Bill attended Indiana and N. Y. U. and is a graduate of Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is with the Employee Relations Department of the Western Union Telegraph Company.

Another March wedding was held in Lynn, Mass., where Jerry Gillis and Barbara Lunder were married. The couple planned a wedding trip by plane to Bermuda. Jerry is presently with the Chelsea Naval Hospital.

Only news of one engagement was received this month. It was that of Miss Jean Sutherland to George Gerrish. Jean is a senior at Russell Sage College in Troy while George is presently associated with International Business Machines in Buffalo.

Dave Ehrlich is in Salt Lake City, Utah. Don Knapp is at Children? Village, Dobbs Ferry, N. Y. Dave Wilcox has moved to Burlington, Mass. John Zimmerman is a lawyer in Concord, N. H. George Scala is a furniture buyer with J. L. Hudson Co. in Detroit, Mich. George Sission is an industrial engineer with U. S. Steel at their Fairless Works. CharlesWhile is with the Coca Cola Export Corp. at the Barbados Bottling Co., Ltd., Bridgetown, Barbados, B. W. I.
