Many loyal members gathered at the University Club on January 31 for the annual celebration of Hanover Holiday. In the afternoon Prof. Roy Forster gave a witty and educational lecture on world population problems and Coach John Dell Isola did a fine job pinch hitting for Paul Sample '20, who was forced to stay in Hanover due to serious illness. Direct word was received that Dartmouth's famous artist-in-residence will definitely be here for Hanover Holiday next year to complete a canvas for presentation to a member of the audience. President Dickey's talk on the relation of American higher education to our national security was an important one.
