About 17 members of the Dartmouth Club of Tokyo attended a February dinner meeting at the Tokyo Kaikan, formerly the Union Club. While many of those present were members of the Armed Forces, the Club is developing a goodly number of "regulars." Among these are President Takanaga Mitsui '15, Robert Frondorf '41, former Club secretary, Sid Cardozo '38, George Gercke '24, KyosukeFukuda '29, George Chang '30, present Club secretary, Ens. J. D. Wiggins Jr. '51, TakanobuMitsui '43 and others.

The interviewing committee reports that it has recently met with some likely Dartmouth candidates from the Tokyo area. The Club has planned a program similar to the "stateside" alumni groups, with regular outings for its members and their families, and monthly meetings. The Tokyo Dartmouth Club is, in fact, carrying on its activities with an enthusiam which its distance from the College does nothing to dim.
