Plans for the annual Dartmouth Club of Western Pennsylvania picnic are well under way, according to the co-chairmen of the event, Lou Veghte '50 and Ted Bennett '45. The picnic will be held at Shadyside Academy on Saturday, June 20. All the alumni and their wives are invited to come out and meet and mix with the present undergraduates and boys who will be freshmen (class of 1957) in the fall.

Lou and Ted are planning a full program with golf, softball, tennis, horseshoes, and other contests in the afternoon followed by dinner, the election of Club officers, and dancing in the evening.

Nate Parker '25 reports that August 12 is the date for the annual Penn-Cornell-Dartmouth inter-club golf match and dinner at the Field Club. The Dartmouth Club is the defending champion this year and we expect a fine turnout in an attempt to maintain that position.
