Forty-five pounds of rolled ribs of beef roasted to perfection on spits over charcoal, gallons of potato salad and coleslaw, mounds of relishes, rolls, butter, ice cream sundaes and coffee made up the fabulous menu for our annual picnic. Of course, what would be a Dartmouth outing without beer? And we had it! Four hundred and ninety-six (496) glasses of Miller High Life were served to over 65 thirsty alumni, their wives, and several undergraduates. Bob Ott '43 and his parents were our hosts at their Pine Lake home, where swimming and water skiing competed with beer and food for top honors in the day's entertainment. The picnic was held on August 21,

Twenty-five alumni came to the golf outing on June 27 at the Port Washington Country Club. Bucky Pierce '55 took top honors in golf with a score in the low eighties and JimHeller '46 was runner-up.

Fall plans include an active enrollment committee program which will get underway after an advisory meeting with several Minnesota alumni on September 17 in Milwaukee. They have been very successful in their program and the Wisconsin alumni are going to follow their pattern to obtain more top-notch applicants from this state.

For the first time in five years a new directory of all Dartmouth alumni in the state of Wisconsin will be out this fall. If anyone has changed his address or even anticipates moving in the future, please drop a card to the secretary at the above address as soon as possible. We also want any corrections in spelling of names, streets, or towns. If in doubt on how we have it, let us know anyhow.

Secretary, 430 W. Hampton Ave., Milwaukee, Wis.
