Wednesday evening, November 10. That's the date all local alumni should mark off on their calendars. It marks our first official get together of the new season.

The session will take the form of a joint smoker with the Cornell Club of Essex County and will be held at the Montclair Golf Club in Verona. This is a repeat of last year's most successful party with the Cornell men, at which both organizations set new records for turnouts to a fall event.

The entertainment portion of the program will consist of short but interesting talks by several guest speakers, songs of the colleges led by former Glee Clubbers and additional surprises to be announced later. The low admission fee will include plenty of the refreshment which will be on tap throughout the evening.

Regretfully, we're obliged to say "So long" to our erstwhile treasurer, Andy Gruninger '46, who has answered a call from the General Foods Corp. in White Plains. Though his services will certainly be missed in our Association, we wish him high success in his new career. President Bill Hoffmann '36 plans to announce Andy's replacement shortly.
