Ray Harrison began studies for the Presbyterian ministry, with an unusual year behind him. He recently returned from a year's teaching in an isolated Indian village in Alaska. The Indians hated hot weather, 70 degrees below was just fine.

The school covered grades 1 to 6, with pupils ranging from six to 16 years old. Only one white man lived in the village, a trapper, whose native wife helped Ray gain a necessary minimum of local lingo. Ray does not intend to return to his Arctic Village as a teacher or a preacher, but surely, someday as a visitor.

Last September Ray married Margaret Taylor of Austin, Texas. The bride plans to teach Art in Chicago while her husband wrestles with Hebrew and Greek at the Seminary.
