Reunion news continues to hold the spotlight. During meetings of the full Reunion Committee in December in New York City, a tentative program was presented by Program Chairman Bernie O'Shea. You can be assured we will have a busy afternoon Friday, June 14, a full Saturday and a quieter Sunday with a Memorial service at Rollins Chapel. As in the past, the class tent will be the center of activity. Detailed plans are now in progress for our Saturday night dinner at Lake Fairlee Club, our Class Meeting Saturday morning, raffles, uniforms, and a Class Directory.

Al Hall and Dave and Elienne Squire were recent visitors at the Hanover Inn.

Dick and Barbara Madison, expecting their second child this coming April, cross their fingers and hope to be counted among those present at our June 10 Reunion. They have just settled in their new house in East Aurora, N. Y.

Hal Johnston, his wife and two children (and a coming third) are enjoying Monterrey, Mexico where Hal is working with Caterpillar Tractor Co. John Taylor has been stationed at the Persian Gulf for almost a year as Force Medical Officer for the Commander Middle East Forces. By this time, John expected to be a civilian again.

Lum and Ann Luhman are the proud parents of Merrill Kenneth Jr., their third child. Jim and Judy Shanalcan announce the November arrival of James Augustine III. Dr. Dick and Sally Small announce the birth of their daughter Nancy Ellen October 25, 1956.

Clint Holton continues with Consolidated Construction at Loring Air Force Base, Caribou, Maine. Clint and Harry Graves have been hunting deer together - they couldn't shoot one, but they did run into one with their pickup truck. The September issue oF the Federal Bar Journal carried a book review written by Norm Fink on a book entitled "Lawyers in Industry."

Ed and Sally Byrkit are enjoying Wales, Wis. Ed has been with the Wisconsin State Highway Commission over a year after working for over six years with George S. Richardson as a design engineer in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. In Wisconsin Ed has been doing bridge designing, resident engineering on highway construction, and engineering on the interstate highway program. The Byrkits have one son, two daughters.

Rube and Di Samuels are expecting their second family addition this coming July. Rube was recently elected treasurer of Thomas Crimmins Contracting Co., foundation contractors in New York City.

Dr. George Cohn writes from the Yale University School of Medicine where he is in the section of Metabolism and Endocrinology. He expects to be there at least through 1958. The Cohns have a three-year-old son George Jr., Catherine Lucille age nineteen months, and David Milton 11, age three months. George mentions seeing Dr. Shelley Segal and Gerry Phillips recently.

Bill Callagy has resigned as football line coach at the Wakefield (Mass.) High School after five successful years. He will continue teaching mathematics there.

Married December 3, 1956 in Hartford, Conn, were Bill Buckingham and the former Miss Maureen Janet Hannon. Bill is an experimental engineer at Pratt-Whitney Aircraft. Best man was Ham Chase, doing the same work with Pratt-Whitney.
