On February 12 sixty Rhode Island Dartmouth alumni and wives gathered at Topp's Gaylord Restaurant for our annual dinner preceding the Dartmouth-Brown hockey game. Wheelock Tavern was enlivened by coach Eddie Jeremiah '30. He reminisced with Ralph Warburton '47 and Jack Kilmartin '49, and then said a few words to the whole gathering, before leaving for the arena across the street.

Leon McKenzie '46 organized the event, which is always enjoyable. The fact that Dartmouth won the game, 4 to 2, capped a very pleasant evening.

When Dartmouth's champion basketball team closed out its season at Providence March 5, beating Brown 81 to 79, the writer saw many familiar faces in the crowd helping the cause.

In line with Dartmouth men all over the country, we plunged head first into the Capital Gifts Campaign with a dinner March 12 at Agawam Hunt Club. Ed Winsor '24 and Jack Cummins '39, among others, worked hard on this, and many of us will be working for a healthy contribution to a ful campaign.
