If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. My needling has met with very little success. I did not think that young people could develop such a thick and tough hide. The only-one that had a reaction this month was EvSnow. He continues to make progress. He finds time to write poetry.

Here is a very appropriate poem. Read it carefully and act accordingly.

Dartmouth Memories

Memories are precious of college days spent On the plain of Hanover hill.

Through Dr. Tucker, faculty and classmates We all had many a thrill.

Since then the years have slipped rapidly by As each one has followed his gleam.

Many in time have laid down their tasks A very few, almost tireless, seem.

Ties, early forged, have held us loosely together Thanks to special efforts of a few, Now, a call issued from our new secretary, Urges greater loyalty from me and from you

Let s stand by Bill, the very best that we can Our response may be very small, But, however little it actually may be, It will be better than none at all.

Bill wants us faithfully to send him news Not irresponsibly to fail of our share.

He did not denounce us, he uttered a groan, Let's affectionately treat him fair.

This is not written, anyone to reproach For guilty I know well that I am.

I offer no flimsy excuse for the past, In the future I'll do what I can.
