Irv Levine is a Senior Assistant Development Engineer - Inertial Guidance with Consultants and Designers, Inc., in New York City. John Murphy is a salesman with Phillip Morris, Inc., in Brockton, Mass.
George Phippen is an Economic Geographer with the U.S. Study Commission in Houston, Texas. Norm Platine is teaching at the Wellesley High School, Wellesley, Mass. Dr. Barry Marks received the Barrington, R.I., Junior Chamber of Commerce annual service award in January. The award cited Barry for community service and personal and professional accomplishments. Barry is Assistant Dean in charge of freshmen at Brown University having received a B.A. Degree from Dartmouth in 1948. He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota. He became an instructor in English in 1957 and an Assistant Professor of English in 1958. Barry is married to the former Gail Holman and they have three children.
Jim O'Neil is the Editor of a column in the Laconia, N.H. "Citizen" entiled "The Space Age." The column will appeal to junior and adult readers interested in science and will be popular in style and appeal. Jim is now a practicing lawyer with offices on Main Street in Laconia, N.H. He is the Belknap County attorney in New Hampshire. For several. months his interest in science led him to do geiger counter prospecting and he did a series of articles in the Manchester Union Leader on scientific materials.
