The fourth fall Reunion of the Class was held at the Norwich Inn on the weekend of October 14. Many of us arrived early Friday evening in time to go over to Hanover to watch the big bonfire and listen to the Dartmouth Night speeches and the superb singing of the Glee Club.

It was raining Saturday afternoon as we boarded our special bus to go to the game, so most of the girls stayed at the Inn and played bridge. We enjoyed the game in spite of the steady downpour! Following the game, we returned to the Norwich Inn in our bus. There were 59 present for cocktails and dinner, a 33% increase over last year, which shows that the fall Reunion is becoming more popular every year. Credit for this large turnout goes to President George Pasfield and Herb Sensenig.

At the dinner were Cal Billings; Chuck and Nona Bruder and young Chuck; Bill and Greta Cogswell; Warren and Alice Burding and daughter; Ted Baehr and son, a student at St. Paul's School, Concord, N. H.; Monk and Virginia Davenport; George and Sis Emery; Lane and Betty Dwinell; Craig and Eleanor Haines; lack and Nancy Heston; Ham and Anne Hankins; Red Jenkins; Chet and Alice Kellogg and son, Daniel '63; Jack and Fran Kenerson; John and Barbara Lawrence; Gene and Frances Magenis; Bill and Bobbie Morton; Tim and Virginia Paige; George and Suzanne Pasfield; Jack and Pearl Phelan; John and Peggy Phillips; Wendell Phillips, Houston insurance man who won the distance prize; Herb and Dot Russell; Herb and Mimi Sensenig; Os and Mary Skinner; Brougham and Claire Wallace; Hank and Eva Walker; Al and Margaret Willey; Jack and Margaret Zellers. Seen at the game but unable to stay for the dinner were: Jim and Esther Campion, Bob and Mildred Kilgore, Budd and Mildred Maring, Jim and Helen Mullen. A pleasant surprise, which shouldn't go unnoticed, is that our seats in the stadium were on the 50-yard line — a big improvement over previous years.

During the dinner George Pasfield called for a big hand for George and Sis Emery for the wonderful job they (notice we said "they") did as Class Agent, and for HerbSensenig for all his work as Fall Reunion Chairman. Ted Baehr gave an amusing account of his life as a movie and stage actor.

Jack Heston and Dutch Hutcheson and their wives (who are sisters) are sailing January 4 on the "S.S. Rotterdam" on a threemonth cruise around the world.

The Burdings had to leave early to take their daughter Peggy back to Colby Jr. College, where Parents' Weekend was in progress.

Monk Davenport says he goes around the country trying to buy closely held insurance company stock for his firm to resell to the public.

Jack Phelan said that Martha's husband, D. B. McHenry, who is with the National Park Service, is being transferred to Washington, D. C., as Naturalist at Rock Creek Park, a post his father created 25 years ago. Pearl Phelan attended the meeting of the Dartmouth Club Secretaries Association in Hanover October 7 representing the Dartmouth Women's Club of Boston, the first time it had been represented.

Seven sons of '28ers are members of this year's freshman class at Dartmouth, three more than last year. They are E. Leo Boyle Jr. of Saratoga Springs, N. Y.; David P. Graham of Wilton, Conn.; Ralph D. Griffin of St. Louis, Mo.; Frank C. Hankins of Franklin Lakes, N. J., whose brother Tim is a senior; Charles S. Jennings of Needham, Mass.; Gerald T. Luellen of Bound Brook, N. J.; and Scott M. Skinner of Troy, Pa.

There are now 25 sons of '25ers at Dartmouth. In the Class of 1964 are Henry A. Buchtel IV, David E. Donnelley, Jess B. Kilgore and Walter B. Simpson; 1963 — Thomas Carter, David Goodwillie, Daniel Kellogg, Douglas Kerr, Bart Osborn, John Phelan Jr., Henry T. Reynolds; 1962 - Albert H. Cantril, John G. Dennis, William H. Edgar, Timothy Hankins, Robert B. MacPhail Jr., William F. Marx and Scott W. Sanborn.

The Class has lost another loyal member - Jerry Luellen died October 20 a few weeks after a stroke. Our sympathy goes to Harriet and their son, a Dartmouth freshman, and daughter.

We received nice notes from Bud McKenney, Lary Miter and Harold Walter thanking us for their birthday cards. Bud says "Believe it or not, we are still cleaning up after Hurricane Donna. We are revamping the show and the new version will open around December 1." Bud owns the Theater of the Sea at Islamorada, halfway between Miami and Key West. Lary says he enjoys the monthly Dartmouth luncheons in Houston, where he sees Red Fauntleroy and Wendell Phillips.

Tim Paige's son scored the winning goal for Longmeadow (Mass.) High's soccer team in its game with Ludlow.

Ben Heftier and Nell brought their daughter, Victoria, east on the college tour last August, visiting Vassar, Connecticut College, Smith and Wellesley. Viki is a junior at Grosse Pointe (Mich.) High School. Then they drove to Hanover, Ben's first visit in thirty years, and on up to Moosilauke Ravine Camp. They climbed the mountain the next day and hope to do it again next year. Ben's hobby is skiing and he has been going regularly to Sun Valley in the past twenty years.

Craw and Ethie Pollock's daughter, Frances Jane, was married October 21 to Frederick R. Katter at the Church of St. John the Evangelist in Hopkins, Minn.
