The Dartmouth Club of Bergen County gathered on Dartmouth Night, October 13, for cocktails and dinner at the Chimes Restaurant in Paramus, N. J. Bob Allabough'34, our President, gave a short report on the latest news of the coming events of the Club. A telegram along with a toast were sent northward to Hanover.

We are now looking forward to the annual Smoker to be held Friday, November 24, the eve of the Dartmouth-Princeton game. We expect a large gathering to meet at the Joe Jefferson Club on East Saddle River Road in Hohokus, N. J., at 8 p.m., together with members of the Bergen County Princeton Club. We are most fortunate to have Coach Hamilton with us for this event.

Our illustrious Treasurer, Phil Trowbridge '52, was presented with a second daughter, Susan King, on July 23 by Phil's lovely wife, Judy.

The greatest news from our Club is the anticipation next March 30 of having the Dartmouth College Glee Club in our area for a long-awaited concert. Much more will be coming with reference to this as plans that are now being formulated develop. A committee has been formed headed by Howie Pitts '53 as Chairman, with DickGrassey '54, Joe Hickman '48, and RalphSpecht '35.

Secretary, 29 Louise Lane, Tenafly, N. J.
