Dallas

The North Texas Alumni Club held its annual Christmas luncheon for undergraduates on December 28 at the City Club in Dallas. In attendance were the following alumni: Don Swanson '54, Earl Fain Jr. 28, Doug Riley '42, Dick Price '51, Dick Wheelock '54, Dave Clarke '46, John Doty '52, Dick Meyers '35, Tom Grow '60, Bill Loyer '56, Don Tobin '22, Nate Royall '50, John Wilcox '56, Ernest Stevens '52, Martin Zinn '31, George Dana '38, Earl Fain III '55. Mac Morse '44, Stan Klippi '54. Roscoe DeWitt '14, Chuck Best '52, and the following students: Bob Bucher '64, Ted Suess '63, Dave Heroy '64, Jimmy Fox '63 and Jack Lavin '62. Also we were lucky to have with us Gary Bucher who is an early acceptance for the class of 1965, and also Newman Long and his son, Bill, who were guests of George Dana.

Each undergraduate gave us a short talk on the goings-on in Hanover, which bits of information were well received by the local alumni. Luncheon was followed by the showing of some new and old Dartmouth films which brought back many fond memories and sent everyone away with broad smiles on their faces.
