The response to the mailing sent out by Doane Arnold, chairman of our Class Memorial Committee, was overwhelmingly in favor of the proposed plan, so the committee is now proceeding with the necessary arrangements, and the dedication of the "1927 Memorial Room" at Dick's House will be held on the morning of Tuesday, June 12, as a very significant part of our 35th Reunion program. The Class extends a most cordial invitation to the wives and families of the classmates whom we will memorialize to be present, not only for the dedication, but for the entire Reunion.

Reunion will begin on Monday, June 11, with registration on arrival. The first item on the program is a cocktail party at 4:30 that afternoon, followed by a reception at the gym and dinner, for all reuning classes That evening we are all invited to visit with President and Mrs. Dickey, in their garden and later the class movies will be shown in the tent. Our class meeting is scheduled for 10:30 Tuesday morning, after which we will go to Dick's House for our picture, and the memorial service and dedication of The 1927 Memorial Room. Luncheon is sched- uled for 1:00 at the Outing Club, cocktaik at 5:00, followed by the class dinner at the Inn. That evening there will be a production by the Players, and, of course, the tradi tional activity in the tent. Reunion will close with a luncheon at 12:00 on Wednesday at Thayer Hall. Hanover Holiday will be in progress during these three days. Rooms in the class _ dormitories will be available for those arriving on Sunday, and may be occupied until Thursday morning. The program has been planned to give the max imum amount of time for informal visiting with old friends and catching up with developments in Hanover, which seem to be the things that all enjoy most at any reunion.

Charlie Huntley's present home in Austin Texas, is far removed from his birthplace in Norwich, Vt., but last summer he made the long trip back, to take part in the celebration of the two hundredth anniversary of the granting of the charter for the township of Norwich. He was accompanied on the trip by his wife, Josephine, and Charlotte their younger daughter, while elder daughter, Joan, remained at home to finish her work for graduation from the University of Texas. Charlie still plays the trombone, as he did with the Players' orchestra and the Dartmouth band, and until recently was trombonist with the Austin Symphony Orchestra.

George and Amy Woelfel spent the Christmas holidays with their daughter and son-in-law, but much more important, with their new grandson, in Datchworth, England. While there they had the unique experience, for England, of being snowbound for four days, with the coldest weather in 100 years. Since there was no central heating, coal for the fireplaces soon became a problem, no one being equipped to deal with deliveries in the snow. While pleas for heat for the baby had no result, they finally got action when they expressed their concern for their "elderly" parents from the States. George and Amy are planning to desert Philadelphia and move to Manchester, N. H., sometime in the spring or early summer.

Carl Schuster has moved from New York to St. George's, Grenada, in the West Indies.

Some confusion seems to have resulted from the item in the February column announcing Curt Wright's marriage. Since the item referred to him as Curtis Wright Jr., some have taken it to mean his son, but since son Curt is twelve years old, I want to assure all of you that he remains unmarried, and that it is our Curt to whom I referred.

It's Alumni Fund time again, and Larry Scammon and his team will be reminding you of it, if they haven't already done so. This year's goal of $1,250,000 was established only after a thorough study of Dartmouth's needs. 1927's share of this is a large one, and it will take thoughtful giving on the part of each one of us to reach it. As president of the Class Agents' Association, Larry has an important job in the over-all effort, and in this, his third and final year as our Head Agent, let's all give him our fullest cooperation and make it possible for him to win the Green Derby that his efforts so richly deserve.
