"Me and You..............in '62"

We stopped off at Venice, Fla., for a couple of days on our way to Lake Worth to see Roy and Florence Lewis at the Kent Motel and found Pike Childs there, also Bob Lewis '19. That evening Jo and Ben Adams had all of us over to their winter home for a buffet supper and a lot of chatter about Ben's way with tame bob whites and blue jays. The following day Roy, Pike, Florence and Mary Lewis took a trip to Longboat Key to have lunch with Scotty Rogers who is spending the winter there.

From all reports from the West Coast of Florida the 1912 Pow Wow that Eleanorand Al Smith gave the 35 Twelvers from all parts of Florida and Arizona who were lucky enough to be there at North Redington Beach, St. Petersburg, on February 21 was long to be remembered. The "Gibby" was there from Fort Lauderdale with LymeArmes and Bud and Barbara Hoban on board.

The Kent Motel in Venice, Fla., proved to be headquarters for 1912 as well as their 50th reunion Chairman and the warm mineral springs located there can rejuvenate many an old joint next year in case you missed it this year, see Roy Lewis or Pike Childs for further details.

Seriously the 59th Reunion Committee reports that there are 57 classmates who have failed to return their reply cards to date. Don't wait too long, send them in now but soon so that the committee know where they stand and we can break some records for attendance. See you in Hanover in June.
