MARCH 1964 FOSTER L. ABORN '56, RUSSELL M. SMITH '56

With Friday, March 20 only a little more than a month away, it's time to start making plans to attend the Annual Alumni Dinner. The dinner, which has been such a big success in recent years, is being held at the Pittsburgh Golf Club in Squirrel Hill. This central location has proved to be convenient for most Pittsburghers in the past and CoChairmen Foster Aborn '56 and Bill Duvall'57 are hoping for a big group again this year. Wives and guests are cordially invited. Cocktails will precede dinner, while entertainment and good fellowship will round out the evening. A formal announcement will be forthcoming by mail in the near future.

To ring out 1963 in fine style, the Club held a "Special Meeting" on December 29, 1963. It was special for Dartmouth undergraduates from the Pittsburgh area and their dads were invited to our regular weekly meeting at Kaufmann's. Rather than a planned program, a casual bull session followed the luncheon and was enjoyed by all. It was nice to have some recent graduates with us too: Jack Huber '63, now in law school, Mickey Clements '63, at medical school, and Rich Barber '62, now teaching at Exeter. The following old grads were present: Paul Howe '14, Ed Norton '28, Ed Kennard '29, Dick Tisdale '38, John Bird'44, Nate Parker Jr. '52, and Wayne Komara 'S3.
