The fall season was kicked off on October 6 when Dean Unsworth of the Tucker Foundation addressed a well-attended meeting of Chicago alumni in the Tower Room at the Conrad Hilton Hotel. Other luncheons are in the planning stages and as plans are firmed, announcements will be made both here and in the "Hill Winds."

While we're on the subject of luncheons, Sykes Hardy '27, Association President, reports that the arrangements with Stouffer's have proved quite satisfactory, and he urges all alumni to attend any Monday they may be free. That's at 26 West Madison Street (downstairs).

Norris Williamson '26, chairman of the Enrollment Committee, is out beating the bushes for outstanding prospects in the Chicago area and would appreciate any assistance you could give either in suggesting names of candidates from your local high school or in serving on a committee.

Jack Tull '50 has taken over the High School Awards program and will be contacting some of you for assistance in the near future. Bob Drake '29 formerly headed this committee, and under his guidance the program developed into a very worthwhile adjunct to our activities in the Chicago area.

Phil Fast '53 and Gene Howard '49 represented the Big Green in the 1965 Chicago Area Ivy League Golf Tournament held on August 25. Among the eight teams competing our boys finished second to the Harvard entry. In the eleven-year history of this tourney, Dartmouth leads the league with four first place finishes.

Plans are currently under way for a Father and Son luncheon to be held at Christmas time. This was one of our most successful events last year and is being repeated by popular demand.

Officers of the Dartmouth Association of Seacoast Region (N. H.) at the Exeter Innin September were: (seated l to r) Lindsey R. Brigham '36, director; Paul B. Urion'38, secretary; Allen B. Wright '55, president; Herbert Standen '48, director; RalphSanborn '17, director; (standing) James S. Erwin '42, Noel W. Salomon '29, JeremyWaldron '43, Bradford Kingman '25, Kennett Kendall Jr. '61, all directors.
