When Jack Patten makes a move he does it in a big way. Jack has just switched bases by some 5000 miles as McGraw-Hill has transferred him from Denver to London, England. He'll take over management" as their European Director after being District Manager of the Rocky Mountain states the past seven years.

Jack with some help from Anson Mark was kind enough to telephone many of his friends in the east from Denver in order to notify them of his move. The only trouble was that he called at 2:30 A.M. Denver time, which meant 4:30 A.M. in the east. If any of you ever get lonely in the evening, I'd suggest you telephone Jack in London. With a five hour time difference you should be able to catch him about 4:00 A.M. Among those attending his "going away" party in New York City were Phil Fast and Jack Crisp.
