Rowing Club History

A history of the Dartmouth Rowing Club is being prepared by Robert H. Hurd '65, who spent the past summer in Hanover doing research for this project. He requests that former oarsmen and friends of Dartmouth rowing send him both material and personal recollections that might be useful. Information is especially desired concerning Jim Smith, coach of Dartmouth crew from 1934 through 1950.
