Encouraged by the highly successful Pre-Princeton Game Party, which swelled the Scholarship Fund treasury, the Philadelphia Club has planned three more events in the near future. Mike Ellis '39 has consented to assist in planning the first Theater Night held by the Club in January, with dinner and a speaker from the show before the performance. It should draw a large group. On December 27, President Russ Dilks '51 is in charge of our annual Christmas Dutch Treat Luncheon; he has planned a panel which will discuss the general topic of today's undergraduate activism - quite a departure from football flicks. Coming up also is the hockey team's first visit to Philadelphia where they play Penn on Saturday, January 27 at 2:00 P.M., probably at the Arena (exact location to be determined). We plan a post-game reception for the team. The Club's public thanks go to Burt Proom'49 and Tom Malcolm '54 for their efforts in organizing the Pre-Princeton game party.
