A special banquet was held by the Tucson Dartmouth Alumni Association on April 3 at the Skyline Country Club. Hosting the affair were Brew Towne '35 and Del Worthington '26, president and secretary of the local organization. We were fortunate in having a surprise visitor, Harry Dunning'30, who gave a progress report on Dartmouth's Third Century Drive. The guest of honor was Mike McGean '49, Secretary of the College. Mike gave a most interesting talk about the Alumni College and the many innovations going on in Hanover.

Following Mike's talk, the chairman of the nominating committee, Robert F. Miller'44, suggested Chuck Richardson '44 and Sherm Bendalin '63 for the offices of president and secretary respectively. In true democratic fashion with no other candidates nominated, Chuck and Sherm were victorious in the election by acclamation of the 60-odd alumni and wives attending the meeting. Richardson announced that there would be monthly noon luncheon meetings of the Tucson Dartmouth Alumni Association on the 4th Friday of each month beginning with the first luncheon to be held on May 31. These gatherings will be held at the Old Pueblo Club located on-the 21st floor of Tucson's highest building. Alumni visiting Tucson are invited and urged to attend these luncheons. Showing of Dartmouth football movies for the 1967 season completed a most successful meeting.
