Our electrical engineering whiz, Dr. Dick Spencer, has recently been appointed manger of application and device engineering for Viatron Computer Systems Corporation in Bedford, Mass. And listen to this: his responsibility is now in the area of metal-ox-ide-semiconductor (MOS to the in-group) microcircuit design and development. Before joining Viatron, he served with Texas Instruments in Dallas as MOS designer for industrial applications. Guess that's what an engineering Ph.D. from Pennsylvania will do for you.
