Last March Ruth and Eliot Cogswell drove to Arizona and from there went to San Diego where his son and wife met them. From there they went to Berkeley where his son lives. This summer they plan to visit Lake Tahoe as his son has bought a cottage there. The Cogswells have three granddaughters in college and two yet to go. They plan to attend our 65th.
Bob Adriance says there is plenty of snow in Maine this winter and to prove it sent me a picture of the view from his cottage in Corea, Me.
Bill Page writes that he had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving with his daughter, granddaughter, and family. For relaxation he belongs to a group of retired men who meet every Thursday afternoon in the Lutheran Church.
Harold Fish writes that he has undertaken three projects in the past two years. 1. Has reproduced the pictures he took in South America in 1925. 2. Took pictures of the flowering plants on Suncoast Manor grounds. 3. Made a geneological study of his family which includes over ten thousand names. In October Jean and he took a cruise ship to the Mediterranean and visited their granddaughter who is taking her junior year in Rome.
Had a Christmas card from Hamp Howe but it contained no information about his health or what he was doing.
A letter from Warner White says that he hopes to be present at our 65th. Is in good health and does a little work in the house and yard.
Suzanne Wood writes that her granddaughter has married a Spanish man and has gone to Spain to live.
The Class will be sorry to hear that Carmen Scribner passed away on December 2. Carmen was a most loyal class widow and she attended a great many of our reunions.
On February 13 Bob Adriance will celebrate his birthday and on the 15th Walter Dakin will do likewise.
