Because of the time of the year, column may be slightly short. Not much news from '15ers, for, as you all know, most of the replies George Martin receives to his numerous letters are published in the Frontiersman.

At this point, I would like to make a correction. In my column for October I stated George Martin was Assistant to Dale Barker. He (George) is Associate Editor with Dale on the Frontiersman. The last issue of the Frontiersman, published July 28, 1972, brought us all up to date on the various doings of 15ers.

Some news I received from GeorgeMartin was good—some rather sad. Now let's see what good news I received. We all know Kike Richardson has improved greatly insofar as his arthritis is concerned. George Martin also states that the Howard Fullers are fine and Howie is one '15er who never fails to reply to his letters. He further states that Dale Barker and Syd Bull play nine holes of golf occasionally—from which I take it both are doing very well.

George Martin also says, in a letter he received from Virginia, that Speed Granger enjoys his letters and spends a great deal of time watching shipping from the New York Harbor. His spirits are splendid and he hopes to make another Reunion with the help of a male attendant. We're rooting, Speed!

As reported previously, Bush Campbell is fine Jack Bowler is doing well but must take it easy. Eben Clough saw the Bowlers on Labor Day and gave me the good news. Eben also says he plans to take in the Dartmouth-Harvard game. We'll be glued to our radio for that one.

Received a nice letter from GeorgeDyke, and he and Madeleine are fine. His letter, from Moose, Wyo., states they have been driving from Connecticut to Moose for 31 years. George says it sure doesn't seem time to think about next year but we are almost there—it probably seems closer here in Connecticut than in New York. "We had fresh snow on the mountains night before last. It is lovely to look at but one can't help but feel that winter is just behind." He says they were all sorry not to see this writer at Hanover. "Any kind of a Class get-to-gether without Phil Murdock loses some of its character. This is our thirty-first year here in Moose, Wyoming and, if you add them all together, that's a lot of miles."

Eben Clough reports his neighbor's sloop burned up on his shore and people swarmed all over his place. He was not at home at the time but reports that fortunately they did not damage his lawn. Says he was plain lucky!

Dale and Bess Barker enjoyed the month of August at Barker's Beach. Dale says the weather was perfect and both feel fine all things considered.

George Martin says he's glad that KikeRichardson's arthritis is so much better and hopes that he and Pearl will continue to be healthy and happy.

We are glad to know that JackFerguson can work around the yard and can even do some bowling.

That sums up news now available about '15ers. Other news will undoubtedly appear in the next issue of the Frontiersman. We trust it will all be pleasant!
