We are coming down to the wire, group, and the reunion plans are firming up in grand style according to the reports from the reunion committee.

The last minute preparations for those who have not replied to the cards and letters concerning reservations for the big bash should be made now, so get on the ball and contact BillMontgomery and his staff in the immediate future!

I talked to God last week and he assured me that the weather will be great for our fabulous week or weekend in June. According to him Hanover will be turned into "Camelot" for those fortunate enough to be in attendance come June 15, 16, and 17.

A pre-reunion briefing session took place at the Marriot Motor Inn on March 20 prior to and after the Boston Alumni Dinner. Those 52s attending the affair were John Grocott, Jay Anderson, Bill Breed, Ed Finnerty, Jack Boyle, John Barto, Bill Montgomery, Sam Wallis, Steve Parkhurst, Howie Smith, Ted Haskell, Charlie Curtis, Bob Brace and yours truly. Fortunately, the number 14 tied the classes of '53 and '54 for attendance, however, I personally expected our group to walk away with the prize and was somewhat disap- pointed at those who failed to show.

Those of you in the Beantown area had better redeem yourselves by being in Hanover in June!

Tony Ibarra is planning to make the trek to Mecca from Mexico in June with his lovely wife. Tony is representing the Ford Motor Company in Mexico and lives at Molino de Flores #50 Bosques de Echegaray Naucalpan, Edo de Mexico, Mexico.

It will be great seeing you in June, Tony, and I also purchased a new Ford!

Late Flash! Tom Fenton has been transferred from CBS News, Rome, Italy, to CBS News, 2 Rehov, Carlebach, Tel Aviv, Israel. Good luck in the new assignment, Tom.

Doc Dey, presently dean of the Tucker Foundation at the College will become president of the Choate School and Rosemary Hall, coordinate schools at Wallingford, Conn., when the Rev. Seymour St. John retires this June after 26 years as headmaster of Choate.

The appointment was announced by Daniel G. Tennay and Gerrish H. Milliken, presidents of the boards of trustees of the two schools. They said Doc would have complete responsibility for every aspect of school life on each campus. In addition to his administrative duties, Doc will be a member of the history department of each school.

We hate to see you leave the Green, Doc, but wish you a most rewarding and successful future at Choate.

I have wonderful news from Westbrook, Conn Ted Lewis married Anne Elizabeth Gref on Saturday, December 16, 1972. A belated congratulations from all, Ted, and best wishes for a long healthy and happy marriage.
