Skip Waterhouse, probably the best organized and punctual of the class officers, kindly sends along news garnered from dues notes, for which the Class is grateful. He is the father of a new son, Mark D. II, born last December 18. He says "with that, and a seventeen month old, there's not too much time for anything else to be new." Amen!

Steven "Monk" Williams reports that he is still single, still working with the U.S. Ski Team as cross country coach, and still completing his law degree at Yale, which should be a fait accompli this spring. Monk took his skiers to Alaska when the snow wasn't so great here in Hanover, and he took them to Sweden this winter for the world championships.

Leading off his dues card with "We now have a son!" is Dirk de Roos. Dirk William P.H. de Roos was born May 17, 1973 to complement his two sisters Gretchen, age 7, and Ketje, 3½. Living in Omaha, the de Roos bought their first home and love it. Dirk is happy with his law firm and has been doing a bit of trial work.
