Our short season is upon us once again. Rumor has it that summer will be on July 16 this year.
Spent a nice weeken in Hanover with your officers. Bob and Magna Katz brought some Manhattan class to the country. Bob stays busy selling those Pepsi Cola commercials. (We've got your number) Others in attendance incuded John and Jill Schiffman, John and LindaClark, and Aland Mary Jane Cook.
We're happy to report the College is still standing and gearing itself for our return on our 15th. One new twist is that the Glee Club sounds off about an octave or two higher these days.
Catching you up-to-date-time - Dick andJean Hannah added child #3 in April as David joined the clan (which includes Richie and Amy). Dick spends his time probing with his internal medicine practice in Salem, Mass. Thank you, Jean.
Last we heard from John Pearse, he and Sally had just bought a new home in Connecticut. John is sales manager for Pearse-Pearson Co., Inc. He did mention bumping into BobNeedham in Boston. What does a Pearse-Pearson Co., Inc. do, John?
Last time I saw Gordon McKean he and Pat were driving around the parking lot at the Yale Bowl. Now he's house counsel and vice president of Microband Corp. of America. Word has it that he's delighted with the position as it offers some interesting legal areas for development.
While hanging in with the Gordons, word has it that Gordon Owens is the manager of Informational Systems for Stove Container Corp. in Chicago, where he landed after picking up his M.B.A. from Northwestern. Time to help out the mail bag, Karen.
And, finally, there's Gordon Williamson, the famous patent lawyer from Boston who, together with Marlene, invented son Derek who is now over one year old and properly registered. Gordi, the Bullet wonders if he was born with a light blue or an orange jersey.
Erwin Miller is knocking them dead in Worcester, Mass., where his law practice keeps him and Margery and their two daughters hopping. The Millers enjoy New England living in an old farmhouse, complete with seven fire places to beat the winter fuel cost.
Fully adopted to California life is Jeff Rush, who is chief of radiology at a private hospital and who is active in the tennis boom, along with Loni. No doubt Elisa, Jennifer and Daniel have the "tanned look" now.
Keep those cards and letters coming and, in the meantime, here's hoping you have a good (expletive deleted) summer.
