From Shreveport, La., Wayne Morgan tells us how it is with early retirement. "About a year ago I 'early-retired' as marketing vice president for Gulf Oil - U.S., and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. Got 'itchy" after a few months, tried consulting for a while, and just recently took a job in Shreveport as president of Aeropus Corp., a producer of hydrocarbon propellants for the aerosol industry. This time I plan to stay long enough for the mail to catch up with us."

The latest Broadway news has Paul Caravatt and a partner acquiring the stage rights to PlainSpeaking, Merle Miller's best selling oral biography of Harry S. Truman. This will be Paul's first endeavor as a Broadway producer.

Peg and Bob Tirrell check in with the latest. "All we can say is the years go by too fast! Married off our daughter Barbara in June. Don't know'about the 30th - June can be most hectic around these parts. Son Scott graduated from Syracuse School of Forestry (it has a much longer technical name) and is with the Campus Crusade for Christ down in Norfolk, Va., with the military. Stay young and healthy - take up square and round dancing!"

An informative letter from Bruce Symonds with his new Waukesha Wise, address brings us Up to date. "Our move to Wisconsin came as a result of an executive search firm locating me in Minnesota and attracting me to bigger and better things here as vice president of marketing and an officer of the Murphy Products Co., a subsidiary of Schlitz Brewing Co. We are enjoying the Milwaukee area and have found an active Dartmouth group which we are looking forward to getting better acquainted with. Our oldest son Bill '73 is home for the holidays from Oxford where he will be completing his studies at Jesus College in June and obtain his master's in economics, political science, and philosophy. He hopes to enter the field of international journalism. Ann, Smith '74 is employed by the Baird investment firm here in Milwaukee and our youngest Bob, is a tenth grader. After canvassing the area extensively, we decided to bite the bullet and build a new home on three acres of land about 20 miles from downtown Milwaukee. As for the 30th, our attendance depends on when Bill has his commencement at Oxford. My wife Jane is a physician and is currently employed by the U. of Wisconsin, Milwaukee campus in the health services."

REMEMBER THE 30TH!! SEE YOU IN HANOVER IN JUNE.
