Two good letters have recently arrived from Chet Hulbert on class matters. He will have met with the other officers of the class at the beginning of May.

Bill Pepin had Ed Felt among his Alumni Fund assignments as a team agent. Ed reported his success with a fly rod with a Parmachene Belle — a large-mouth bass. Kathy and Ed Ferguson will understand Felt's joy.

Al Strout, deep in Texas, reported on the trip he and Mary enjoyed in Great Britain and said that this summer they may try Scandinavia.

Herm Whitmore expresses appreciation for class notes and "The Roar," and he claims to be the world's worst letter writer. He says he still can see a pretty girl with his one good eye but wonders at his age what good that does.

Tom Jones and Martie were the guests of Helen and George Von Kapff at the Gulf Stream Hotel. While there Tom renewed his acquaintance with Al Bull 'l5.

There are 56 fewer classmates than there were in June 1978. Also there may be others like Curt Horr too ill to function. Thus the importance of the rest to the Alumni Fund is vital. Remember, your gift is also credited to the Campaign for Dartmouth.
