Congratulations and best wishes to Glen Britt, who was elected treasurer of Time Inc., effective November 1. Glenn has been senior vice president and chief financial officer of Home Box Office, Inc., a Time c. subsidiary, since November 1984. He joined Time Inc. in 1972 in the controller's department of the company and held various financial positions with Time Inc. and its subsidiaries, including vice president -treasurer of Manhattan Cable TV, finance director for Time-Life Books, senior vice president of finance of Time Inc's video group, and senior vice president, finance, of American Television and Communications Corporation. Glenn and his wife, Barbara, live in Westport, Conn.
