Among the items in this month's mailbag is word that Margaret and LeonidTurkevich are the proud parents of a baby boy, Paul Stevens, born November 3, 1985. Paul was born the weekend of the Yale-Dartmouth game, as was big sister Elizabeth in 1983. Their grandfather is Anthony L. Turkevich '37. Leonid is in corporate research for Standard Oil in Ohio.

Jeff McElnea was the subject of a recent profile in the September issue of Marketing Communications magazine. Described as a "case study in success" by the article's author, Jeff is the president of Einson Freeman, Inc., in Paramus, N.J., which recently joined forces with the KLP Group P.L.C. in London, Europe's largest sales promotion agency, to become the world's largest international sales promotion network. The network, which will consist of independent agencies from countries such as Holland, France, Germany, Spain, and Sweden, will focus on multinational companies which Jeff describes as "increasingly consolidated in their promotion activities." Jeff and Michele have two sons, seven and four.

Finally, word is in from reunion chairman Bob Cordy that more than 225 classmates have indicated that they plan to attend our 15th reunion in response to our initial mailing. Early projections indicate that by the time you read this report, that number should increase to nearly 350. Bob writes: "Many of the classmates who plan to attend are bringing spouses and kids, so the reunion is shaping up to be one hell of a good time." A full report will follow in next month's issue of the Alumni Magazine..

That's all for now. We'll be back next month.
