"1978-1988: Decade of Change": Hosted and narrated by Wade Herring (who is also starring in "practically thirtysomething"). Herring begins this poignant, yet affectionate, survey of the past ten years in Bourges, France, at a funeral filmed against a cold, gray sky. Herring concludes as he stands over a changing table, the small infant before him completely helpless and dependent. Outside is a cold, gray sky. "II fait Bourges." Nevertheless, Herring leaves'us with hope:

"May 1988 be better than 1930."—And prayer: "May God bless."
