Earl Daum writes from New Canaan, Conn., that he is still getting used to the new condo and thinks "on balance it was a wise move." He has a slight hearing problem but is otherwise okay; says he had enough travel during his business life and is now content with short trips.

Les Sycamore says that he and his wife were planning to go into a retirement home last summer but this fell through and they are happy to be staying where they are with a lot of very friendly people. My sentiments exactly.

Jim Taylor has had a disabling stroke but is mentally alert and interested in news. One of his paintings is on exhibit in South Bend's Century Center as part of a "culture gala."

Mary Higley is still living in the same house in Hudson Falls where she and Kip lived for nearly 50 years. Their childrenDick '49, John '51, and one daughter—are all grandparents. Mary has eight greatgrandchildren with two more on the way. Is this a class record? Would any challengers please write?
