Charlie Dudley recently gave a Scandinavian slide show at Kendal, which I attended. He has some beautiful slides of Norway, where he and Fran have traveled more extensively than I, as it was an occupied country while I was growing up.

Earl Lister broke a hip in October and was at Prescott House, a nursing home in North Andover, Mass. We hope he is recovering well and back home in Andover right now.
Before the Second World War Gerry andMyrtle Updyke worked for seven years in Manilla and were interred for three years by the Japanese. After recovering their health they stayed in the U.S.A., and they are now living in Pinehurst, N.C. Gerry's fellow Theta Delta Chi brothers are Bob Jones of Whispering Pines, N.C., Rol Reading, and Nat Barrows. The Readings split their time between Jamestown, N.Y., and Naples, Fla., and Nat and B.J. live in Vero Beach, Fla.
The football team continues to do extremely well, and by the time these notes appear we hope Dartmouth will have again captured the Ivy League crown.
I heard recently from Kay Andres, and she is doing well. We were both fortunate to have our fine husbands for many years, and they left us with wonderful families and many friends.
