Our magnificent 65th exceeded even our rosiest anticipations. Our reunion (committee Jerry Sass and Curly Prosser organized and arranged like mad. Everything went off without a hitch, except for a slight delay in the taking of the class picture. Jerry acted as a master of ceremonies throughout, introducing speakers and conducting the class meeting. Regarding the latter, no volunteers could be found to replace those drafted by the nominating committee to fill the slate of class officers, so by unanimous acclaim the following were elected: president, Ed Flanders; vice president (and class ambassador), Jerry Sass; also vice presidents, George Davis and, ex officio, John Phillips; secretary, George Bell; treasurer, Jack Zellers; bequest and estate planning, George Davis and Curly Prosser; Campaigner editor, Curly Prosser and Jerry Sass with Art Kneerim as editor emeritus. The executive committee is to be appointed. Further description of the reunion will appear in the next notes. Meanwhile, tire Campaigner committee is expected to get out a fall report.

A recent charity drive for the Hitchcock Hospital was followed by a dinner honoring Curly Prosser, who turned out to be the champion fundraiser.

I regret to report the deaths of Bill Williams on January 4, Hank Livingston on January 7, C.C. Hart on March 1, Steele Smith on March 28, and Stretch Davis on May 4.
