Takheim "Rock" Hadley and Tarah Brown were married on June 10 in a garden wedding at her mother's Maryland home. Fellow '91s Michael Parham and James Meneely were on hand to celebrate the occasion. Rock and Tarah, together since Freshmen Week, plan to settle down in a shore community outside of Atlantic City, N.J. The newlyweds can be reached at BACKUP@VAXOO3.STOCKTON.EDU.
Pete Jurgeleit wrote in to the Alumni Magazine that after four years in Seattle he left the Northwest to attend law school at Indiana University in Bloomington, which began this past August.
Carrie Davies finished up medical school at the University of Massachusetts this past spring. After going up to Dartmouth a few times to figure out whether to return there for residency, she decided to stay at UMass for her pediatrics residency, which has been fun so far. It was a tough decision, but she's happy, and the people there are very nice. The best part is that she still finds the time to go to Boston for some Red Sox games!
Apparently there are some rumors floating around that Joan Winchester is engaged. For the record, Joan has asked me to inform you that those are just rumors, one of those nice little jokes that classmates like to play from time to time....
If you really want to catch up on what your fellow '91s are involved in and where they're living, meet their spouses, possibly even meet their children, you should definitely plan on coming to our Fifth Reunion. Set aside the weekend of June 14-16, 1996, and make the trip back to the Hanover Plain.
In the meantime, although I am still without an e-mail address (the office is now wired for it) my home address is the same. To make sending news for the column easier, you can fax me news at the following number: 212650-4139.
