In view of her forthcoming move to a senior center in Highstown, N.J., Mary O'Connor, widow of Martin, asked that Hanover discontinue sending DAM. However, she wants to continue receiving the class newsletter, and will shortly advise her change of address.

Bob Baumrucker wrote, "As usual, Reunion comes at a busy time at the farm, so I won't be able to make it, but I'll be halfway there, in Nebraska!" Bob being the only farmer among survivors in the class, we deserve a report on his farming—number and kinds of crops, acreage, benefits from farm legislation, etc.

Chas O'Neill was the composer of the citation the class executive committee presented to President Emeritus Hunter at Reunion. Beautifully done, Chas, and many thanks.

Congrats to Dave Borkum and his troops for exceeding the dollar goal set for the class in the '96 Alumni Fund campaign.

Yvonne Blocksom, a native Californian, wrote about her Dartmouth experience, beginning with her first trip East to attend our 40th Reunion, continuing with Rob's organizing the Orange County Alumni Club along with WaltDouglas, and with subsequent get-togethers there. Their last years were tough ones, but I gather from her letter that Yvonne seems to be getting on with life since Rob's death in March.

A notable accomplishment by a '31 took place in April, when New England College presented an evening of chamber music, the program of which included three pieces by Al Bucher and one by Johann Sebastian Bach! Way to go, Al!
