We had hoped we could get Ev and Ruth Woodman up to our digs at Vero Beach last April, but Ev had a set back on the golf course, with his ailing hip, and had to ask for a rain check. They returned to New Hampshire on May 1.
Since our last, we have lost six good classmates to the persistent reaper. (Obits in this or a later issue.)

Another sad note: Jerry Beatty's pretty wife, Joanne, died at their home on the Cape at the end of May.
