Riding the crest of last year's Republican congressional tidal wave was Chris Wydler, who is now the majority legislative director of the House Science Committee. Following his graduation from Dartmouth, where he was universally acclaimed as the College's most obnoxious New York Yankee's fan, he went to work in the Commerce Department in the Reagan and Bush administrations. The House Science Committee oversees NASA and the Departments of Energy, Transportation, Commerce, and Defense (to a limited extent). Coincidentally, the House Science Committee bloodliness run deep in the Wydler family, since Chris's father is the former Congressman John Wydler (R-NY), who served on the committee from 1976 to 1980.

Tom Burack recently became a member of the Manchester, N.H.,law firm of Sheehan, Pinney, Bass, and Green. Tom's imitation of a slow witted, backwoods emit is not a big hit with the state's judiciary. Tom's practice is focused on environmental permitting, compliance, and litigation. Nothing else, your ball Philippa.
